Im giving 4 stars because of smell. Its not awful but it smells like my foot ointment instead of something more fresh. I will say my handicap son has excessively dry skin and this works better than any of the expensive treatments Ive tried for him, also my feet are very dried and cracked this relieved the itch and dryness very well. I would recommend to anyone with dry skin.
