Didn’t do ANYTHING to help! Out $50

I had my $50 package stollen yesterday and even with the shipping protection they told me to go to law enforcement??? Law enforcement isn’t going to do anything obviously. They said it only covers if it’s damaged or lost in transit but wouldn’t it getting stolen be apart of that? I’ve bought from them multiple times before and they refused to do anything. I won’t be buying from them again and I’m out $50! It was my birthday as well, they didn’t care.
