Bright, crisp, and quietly confident. Carbon opens with metallic lavender and that unmistakable “fresh-laundry-meets-cold-air” vibe…modern, smooth, and never synthetic. As it warms up, ambroxan and patchouli step in: sleek, mineral, and masculine, like Dior Sauvage after finishing grad school and buying a steamer for his shirts.

The dry-down stays soft and composed—musk, tonka, and amberwood keeping everything balanced and refined. It lasts a solid 6-7 hours on fabric, projecting an arm’s length bubble that says “clean, capable, in control.”

I am not a floral girly and the amount of floral in this one shocked me. Disappointed in the amount of floral. I wish it had more musk to balance the floral. This was a miss for me.

I received a great scent the other day, right before Christmas too! They shipped quicker than said, and provided a wonderful metal spray bottle for my carbon cologne. The metal bottle is very sturdy and comes in a velvet carrying case that would be great for gifting if I want to buy one for a friend or family. The metal case is also my favorite color (red) I didn't choose that, I wish you could choose it, but I didn't, but serendipity ended up making it my favorite color! It was of course pricey, but prada is always pricey. For my first buy, I will definitely end up buying more in the future.
