Mont Blanc Explorer tells the story of adventures, quests for excellence, challenging conventions and exploring the four corners of the globe. From South Africa to Haiti, Italy, Germany or Indonesia. Mont Blanc Explorer invites explorers on a fantastic journey, giving them the opportunity to discover the rarest ingredients and manufacturing methods that combine craftsmanship with the latest technology.The composition is made by three Givaudan perfumers, Jordi Fernandez, Antoine Maisondieu and Olivier Pescheux. Each of them gave his knowledge and emotional experiences about a particular ingredient. The fragrance is announced as a unique woody aromatic leather concoction that combines essences of bergamot from Italy, vetiver from Haiti and patchouli from Indonesia.Top notes of OrPur bergamot, French sage, pink pepper. Heart of OrPur vetiver, skin. Base filled of patchouli, cocoa, Ambrofix, and Akigalawood.

Trying out some new (to me) mens fragrances.

This just became one of my favorites. If your looking for a sample to try out I do recommend you get at least the 3 ml or 5 ml travel size so you have enough to really tell if it's a good fit for you. I bought the 1 ml and there was just enough for me to determin that I liked it for a day. Full transparency, not only am I looking for a new fragrance to wear, I'm alos looking at a few of the sites that offer decants that I can sample so I can determine where my limited budget is best spent. I will be ordering from Scent Decant again!

Unique, refreshing scent. The scent is quite modern.

Strong in all the good ways

Great projection. Masculine. The vetiver and the sage notes really hit. And there's enough patchouli but not over the top.
